Sixty-four Donna Klein Jewish Academy students tested their skills, strategy, and competitive will during the school’s Mind Lab Tournament Finals Championship on Friday, March 27, 2009. Winners in four divisions were selected after winning their respective challenges at the championship. They now will compete in the Fourth International Mind Lab Olympics, which takes place in Venice, Italy, June 14 to June 16, 2009. At the Olympic-level competition, DKJA will be the only school from the United States participating, and will compete as the Mind Lab - USA Team. The Mind Lab – USA Team will be comprised of the following DKJA lower and middle school champions:

Samuel Wohl, Olympic Checkers Champion

Jake Dable, Quoridor Champion

Jordan Bernstein, Octi Champion
